I have been working in the Kunes Lab in the Harvard Biological Laboratories since the Summer of 2008. This past summer I began working on an honors thesis project involving the secretory pathway of Hedgehog, an established signaling protein critical to brain and eye development. Upon graduating in May, I will begin applying to medical school and, depending on whether or not I am offered a position on the Teach for America Corps team, will be matriculating in the fall of 2012.
